Ordering Policy

At Evergreen Designs, we want every gift to bring joy! Here are a few quick notes to help make your order smooth:

• Fruit Baskets – Please allow an extra 48 hours for processing. Fruit selections are always based on what’s freshest and in season. This is a perishable item and the standard delivery is 24 hour shipping.
• Substitutions – If an item or container is unavailable, we may substitute with one of equal or greater value to ensure your basket is beautiful and complete. These substitutions will be discussed with you as far as possible.
• Allergies & Preferences – Please check item descriptions carefully. If you need substitutions due to allergies, health, or religious reasons, we recommend a custom order. We’re happy to help—call/WhatsApp us at 799-0379 or email evergreendesignstt@gmail.com.
• Returns & Refunds-
  • Must be initiated within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide photographs and a description of the issue so we can properly assess your claim for damaged or wrong items.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
    • An item arrives in poor condition upon receipt by the courier (e.g., severely damaged, broken or leaking items, on arrival).
    • A mistake was made on our part (e.g., incorrect items supplied, expired items etc).
    • Item is in the original condition as received. It must not have been opened or used.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days. Pick-up fees will apply for the return of items, based on your location.

• Cancellations – Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• Perishable Items – Since perishable products can’t be resold if returned, we can’t accept them back. However, we’ll gladly offer a discount on a replacement order.

• Agreement: By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
